This option for Atom allows for easier management of jobs.
Features include:
- Unlimited Route Groups - By purchasing this option you will be able to create unlimted route groups. With the Basic Package only 10 route groups will be able to be created. Route groups give you the capability to automate the routing of work based upon rules set within the Atom Manager software. This can help disperse work to the appropriate transcriber so that routing work is automated, eliminating the need for manual routing.
- User Defined Fields - These demographic fields on the system are not customizable by default. This feature unlocks the capability to set a different name for each custom field. If this feature is not purchased the fields will use default names.
- Job Exporting - This allows you to export jobs off the system, up to 50 per day. By using this option you can automate exporting based upon rules, to automatically export when the criteria is met.
