Atom Download makes sending dictations from a digital voice recorder to an Atom Dictation System easier than ever. Simply "dock" the portable and it's done! Atom Download automatically downloads your recordings from the voice recorder, encrypts the dictations and sends the audio over the network or internet to the Atom Dictation System for immediate routing to transcription.
Once the dictations are offloaded to the server, they're tracked and routed according to rules set up within the management portion of Atom. Each workstation does not need its own software license. Atom Download uses CAL's (Concurrent Access License's). A Concurrent Access License allows you to license per connection not PC or device. Atom download limits 16 simultaneous users to be offloading dictations at one time.
Atom Download users can select from a host of portable dictation devices - ranging from a cost-effective hand held to a full-featured professional hand held with speech recognized-input or optional bar code input.
