The plan provides your master user login and 9 additional user logins. Our technical support team and is available to provide support. Telephone support is available during regular business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm Mon - Fri Eastern USexcept established US holidays) Email support is also offered with this plan. After hours telephone is support available at $79.99 per incident.
