1. I am having trouble placing my order.

We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please contact us right away either by phone at 888-834-2392 or email us at sales@transcriptiongear.com and we'll help you complete your order.

2. I'd like to return a product I purchased.

If you need to return a product you purchased within the last 30 days, simply call us toll free at 888-834-2392 or fill out our online RMA request. We'll contact you within 24 hours or one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The product must be in like new condition and include all original packaging. Any product that does not meet the "like new" requirement will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

3. I'd like to cancel a service I purchased.

At any time while subscribed to a TranscriptionGear service, you can cancel your plan on products like idigital, GearFTP, VIP Care or Atom Live simply by calling us toll-free or sending us an email with your request. Please have your account number handy or include it in your email. When we receive your cancellation request we'll confirm it and let you know when your service will expire. Your service will expire on the next scheduled renewal date. We are sorry, however we do not prorate service refunds.

4. I need help with a product I purchased.

Visit our online support forum or our knowledge base for help 24/7/365. You also can fill out our online support form to request assistance. Our support team is available by phone from 8 AM to 6 PM EST at 888-834-2392 opt 2.

5. What Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you choose "Paypal" at time of checkout, you can also use a Discover card or pay by check. Note that when paying by check, the check must clear before your shipment will leave our warehouse. Clearing of the check could take up to 5 business days.

6. Can I pay by check?

Absolutely. You can call in and place your order with a representative who will process your order as prepaid. Then you can mail us a check for the appropriate amount. When the check is received, we will send out your shipment. You can also place your order online and select "PayPal" at time of checkout. Note that when using this method for checkout, the check must clear before your shipment will leave our warehouse. Clearing of the check could take up to 5 business days.

7. Do you have net terms available?

Yes! Please contact us to request a credit application either by phone or email us at sales@transcriptiongear.com.
