Question: Please help, I am experiencing problems with my services, what can I do?
Answer:
We understand any interruption is serious. Please notify us immediately of any trouble you are having with your service. Click REPORT A PROBLEM at the top of the page and fill out the simple form. You\\\’ll be contact quickly regarding your issue.
Question: Who do I contact when I am experiencing problems with my services?
Answer:
If you are having trouble with idigital, GearFTP or Atom Live services, please contact us immediately. Click REPORT A PROBLEM and give us the details about your issue. We will get back to you promptly.
Question: Why can I call into idigital but when my client calls they cannot?
Answer:
This could be a problem more specific to their calling area, have your client try the alternate number for calling in.
Question: Are you my transcription company? I was told to contact you with problems!
Answer:
We provide services that support your transcription company. idigital is a dictation call-in service, GearFTP is a file transfer service and Atom Live is a hosted dictation platform. TranscriptionGear.Com does not transcribe your work. If you are having any troubles with any services you are welcome to contact us about it and we will work through the issue with you.
