Excellent at first fell apart shortly after - 4-18-2011
I purchased this headset 10/06/2010. Performance was great for about a month to six weeks then the sound quality declined, started to get noise static and eventually the ear piece just broke off. Update by TranscriptionGear: We're sorry to hear about your troubles with your Glimmer. A new complimentary headset is on its way. Thanks for your business!

Excellent - 3-19-2011
Excellent headset, worth the money, and I believe part of the proceeds goes for breast cancer research. The volume control is extra nice and the sound quality is very great! Sometimes the cord is too long for my small area but I keep the twist-tie on it that it came with and it's perfect! I'm ordering another one right now for my second computer!

Not worth the $ - 3-8-2011
These were uncomfortably tight when I first received them. I've only owned them now for about 6-8 months and there is now a vibrating sound in one of the earphones. Of course, I'm out of 30-day warranty so now I get to buy yet another new set of earphones. The "volume control" on the cord changes the volume VERY LITTLE and is heavy and pulls the earphones down - very uncomfortable. I have to make sure I have the volume controller on my lap at all times. The clip that you can attach to your clothes to hold the volume controller up just isn't realistic. I transcribe 7 hours a day and will not be buying these again.

Excellent Headset. - 10-5-2010
I have used this Glimmer Headset for the last six or eight months. Excellent. Stereo hearing, and sound control an added dimension with a "long" cord. Worth the money. I've bought an extra set to have when and if I have problems with first set. I've done transcription for 20 years and these are the best I've ever used. Thanks TranscriptionGear for watching out for us.
