Make sure you have the latest version of GearXport and GearPlayer installed on your computer.

Latest service packs

Work with one program at a time. Remove the HASP keys for both programs from your computer. Uninstall the program you are having an issue with and install the latest version. Plug that program’s HASP key in and make sure it runs. With that key still plugged in, plug the other HASP key in and run the other program.
