The Philips 9850 Digital Telephone Desktop supports telephone dictation that can be used by transcription companies, medical and law offices, and any business or public organization that uses telephone dictation. Users can dictate using a hands–free speakerphone or headset in the office, a car phone on the way to a meeting, or a cell phone while on the go. When using a touch–tone telephone users simply call into the Philips 9850 DTD and are welcomed with your personalized greeting. They enter their Author ID and Worktype, then begin dictating. It's that easy.

How It Works

1. Connect the LFH9850 to an available telephone jack.
2. Provide the telephone number to your clients.
3. With any touch tone telephone call into the LFH9850.
4. Callers are greeted by a customizable welcome prompt.
5. Caller will enter their private/secure ID number and worktype.
6. Using the telephone keypad, the caller can control the LFH9850 with commands such as Start, Stop, Record, Pause, Fast Forward, Rewind, Priority, End of Letter and Next Dictation.
7. When caller is finished, they hang up.

The dictations are now ready for Transcription. It's that easy!
