When Will I Get My Order!

This is one of the most confusing issues we deal with on a daily basis. There is no magic answer to the question. Here are a few guidelines of when you can expect your order to arrive.

Our order cut off time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. There is no shipping done on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship for Saturday delivery.

Cut off time means orders that are received by the shipping department (not just placed on the web site) will be filled and shipped that same day. Orders received after the cut off time are shipped the next business day. Shipment of course, is dependent on all items being in stock.

What to expect from UPS using different shipping modes.

Next Day Air - Package will usually be delivered next business day by 5 PM.

Next Day Air Saver - Package will usually be delivered next business day by 9 PM.

2nd Day Air - Package will usually be delivered in two business days by 5 PM.

3 Day Select - Package will usually be delivered in 3 business days by 5 PM.

UPS Ground - Please consult the chart below for approximate delivery times. Remember, ONLY BUSINESS DAYS COUNT!!!

Please note: We make every effort possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible using the mode of delivery you choose. Once the order leaves our warehouse it is all up to UPS from that point onward.
