sell come with a Manufacture's Warranty that is
provided by the company that makes the product.
After the initial Thirty day period, should you
have a problem with a product you purchased through

so that we may assist you in getting your
product repaired or replaced. It is important
that you have the sales information if you have
a problem. Be sure to keep your warranty information
in a safe place along with your sales receipt.
If the product has a warranty card in the packaging,
be sure to complete the card and mail it in.

All of their digital products including the
9760, 7650, 9750, 9400, 9360, 9450, 9220, and
the SpeechMikes have a 1-year manufacturer warranty
on parts and labor from the date of purchase.
If the product cannot be fixed, they will replace
it for no charge.
UHER
This unit has a 1-year manufacturer warranty
on parts only from the date of purchase. When
sending in for repair, expect it back here in
4 to 6 weeks. These units are shipped to Germany.
Olympus
The DS-XXXX series has a 1-year manufacturer
warranty on parts and labor from the date of
purchase. If the unit cannot be fixed, it will
be replaced.
Sony
These products have a 90-day manufacturer warranty
on labor and parts from the date of purchase.
They also have 1-year on parts only from the
date of purchase.
Dictaphone
These units have a 90-day manufacturer warranty
on parts and labor from the date of purchase.
Foot Controls
These units have a manufacturer warranty of
90-days on parts and labor from the date of
purchase.
Headsets
