AND CONDITIONS
In an effort to provide comprehensive and useful
service to the Dictation and Transcription community we are pleased
to announce a full update of our popular registry for transcription
services. We have initiated a new database and user interfaces.
We invite you to complete the new registration form and have your
service posted for our visitors. We have set up a small form that
will allow you to tell our visitors about your service. When the
form is submitted it is posted and then reviewed by our staff.
Registration is open to all transcription services and equal weight
is given whether an individual or a corporation.

reserves the right to refuse a transcription service submission
request or to remove a listing if it deems the listing to be
inappropriate for this service without notification to the applicant.

We ask that you complete the registration
form and provide all the information that pertains to your business.
Be as accurate as possible. You may leave blank those items that
do not pertain to your business. Listings will be posted in a searchable
database. This makes it easy for someone looking for a business
that matches their needs to find you.
You may edit your listing at any time. You will
be responsible for updating your listing at 6 month intervals and
any new information or changes. If your listing is not updated
at the end of the 6 month listing period it will be removed from
the listing database. To update your listing, search for your listing,
once you have found your listing click the "Details" link at the
right side. Next select "Modify Listing" and enter your password
to gain access to your listing. Make any required edits to the
listing then click the "SAVE" button to post your changes.
IMPORTANT!
Please do your utmost to make your listing accurate. Remember ,
your listing is a reflection of your business. Proper punctuation,
capitalization and syntax will make your listing more professional
looking to prospective clients. Please DO NOT use all upper case
letters. This equates to shouting. Listings that violate this requirement
may be removed without notice.
