Our TTM Telephone Transmitters are the perfect link for quickly transmitting
vital recorded information from a remote location to a centralized source from
any analog or digital phone. The TTM lets you record telephone conversations
or make live recordings on any portable tape recorder connected to your TTM
and play back the recordings over a phone line to a tape recorder or digital
recorder at another location.
You have the advantage of reviewing, dictating and doing verbal edits to your
recording before you send assuring that the material transmitted is finalized
for transcribing or filing.
The miniaturized TTM features a modular receiver plug at one end and a coiled
connector cord at the other end with a 2.5 mm plug
These units effortlessly connect between your phone base and handset, just
disconnect the phone cord from your handset and pug it into your TTM. Take the
TTM connector cord and plug it into your handset, then plug your TTM audio cord
into the 2.5 mm microphone jack of your tape recorder and you're ready to get
down to business - regardless of where you are.
How to use the TTM 2.5MM:
Step 1 - using your telephone, dial the telephone number of the location
that you would like to transmit the dictation to.
Step 2 – move the slide switch to “TALK”, so you can dictate
onto the recording device before transferring information.
Step 3 – move the slide switch to “SEND” to transfer the
dictation from the recording device.
Step 4 – press play on the recording device to start the transfer.
