Only version 3.3.4 or higher is compatible with the Windows Vista® and Windows 7® operating system.

If you have version 2.x which uses unlock codes, you will have to purchase an upgrade.

If you have the HASP key version prior to version 3.3.4, you may update your software for free.  The HASP key versions started with version 3.0 of the software.

Uninstall the current version you have installed and download the latest update here. Save this version to your computer. Be sure that after downloading, you find the file named GP33.exe and right click, Run as Administrator to install.

All versions of GearPlayer™ 4 will work on the Windows Vista® and Windows 7® operating system.
