It is strongly recommended that you save the file to your Desktop or My Documents instead of running the file directly when you click on download.

IMPORTANT:  Do not forget to uninstall your current version of GearXport that you have installed before running the service pack.  If installing on Windows Vista or Windows 7 right-click on the installer and select Run As Admin
