Full Dictation Control
Professionals love the 4-position slide switch but also the LFH9610's advanced dictation functions like insert, overwrite and delete. While most lower end recorders don't allow for incremental rewind, this professional model does and it pulls it off in a beautiful, easy to use way. Simply hold down the slide switch in the rewind position and the LCD will show you just where you are in your dictation. Slide back up to record to insert (or overwrite) directly into your existing dictation file. Press the priority button to mark and unmark your dictation as priority.
LFH9610 Keeps You Organized
With five dictation folders, the LFH9610 makes organizing your dictation files and archiving them easy. Keywords allow you to choose up to 4 different types of keywords, with 20 slots available for each keyword type. A keyword type maybe Report ID or other demographic information like client/patient name, document type and more. You can assign up to 4 different keywords per audio file. This makes it easy to insert demographic information into each file for reference or automatic file routing upon offload using GearXport. Use Voice Commands for keyword input - simply speak your keyword and let the LFH9610 do the rest.
Digital Speech Standard (.dss)
The LFH9610 uses the international standard .dss file format for professional speech processing. With three quality modes to choose from, the .dss file format offers fantastic audio quality for recorded voice and all .dss file formats allow for a high compression rate. This makes the .dss file perfect for internet or network transfers. The .dss Pro format enables real-time file encryption for security and peace of mind. Both formats allow demographic data or keywords to be included with the audio.
