TranscriptionGear.Com operates from Dolbey’s Concord, Ohio facility. Built in 2002, the facility includes more than 26,000 square feet and supports product development, customer support, fulfillment, and operations.

Dolbey, founded in 1914, has grown into multiple U.S. locations. The Concord facility houses TranscriptionGear.Com along with product development and support teams serving hospitals, clinics, law firms, and other professional organizations.

The facility was designed for security, technology, and fulfillment efficiency. Our warehouse supports daily shipping and receiving, allowing us to stock a wide range of products and ship most orders the same day they are received.
