Shipping Agreement

TranscriptionGear uses UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers throughout the United States and internationally. Available shipping options are shown at checkout in most scenarios.

Please note that certain shipping options or methods may not be available for every destination. If you would like us to use your shipping carrier, please contact us with your order details. When possible, we can ship using your carrier account and bill shipping costs directly to that account.

TranscriptionGear offers free shipping on many products. When a product qualifies for free shipping, “Economy” shipping will be selected and the order will ship using the carrier of our choice.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside the United States and U.S. territories may be subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other charges when the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility.

TranscriptionGear has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

These additional charges are not included in your TranscriptionGear invoice. Your invoice covers the purchase price of the goods purchased and the applicable shipping charges to the destination.

If a customer refuses delivery of a package, the customer remains responsible for any shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, duties, or other related costs that may be incurred. TranscriptionGear may charge applicable fees to the customer’s credit card on record.

International customers should be aware that cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. In addition, TranscriptionGear may be required to provide order, shipment, and product information to international carriers. This information may be shared with customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order on all customs forms. Orders may be held for inspection by customs, which can delay delivery. Please contact your local customs office regarding customs-related shipment delays.

By placing an order on our site, you agree to this shipping policy and agree to accept shipment and pay all applicable shipping charges, customs fees, taxes, duties, and other costs levied by carriers, customs authorities, or other parties.
