Kathy’s Christmas Spinach-Ham Dip

  • 2 loaves of french bread, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton of plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 & 1/4 cups of diced ham (about 6 ounces)
  • 1 (10-ounce) package of chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Cut the french bread into small cubes for dipping
  2. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, yogurt, and garlic powder in a bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until smooth
  3. Stir in ham and spinach
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over spinach mixture
  5. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated
  6. Serve warm with bread
