Gameport 3.5 mm to 15 pin foot pedal adapter for Philips LFH6177

This Philips LFH6177-10 adapter allows you to use an LFH0210, LFH2210 or IN-210 foot control with your Philips LFH6177 transcription kit. It works by converting the 3.5 mm plug on the foot control and turning it into a 15-pin gameport connector. Please note a 15-pin gameport connector is required on your PC for this adaptor to work correctly.
