The USB Recorder works by attaching it to your phone and your PC and recording all incoming calls to that phone/extension. It is possible for the unit to record more than one incoming line but only if the call/calls come to the phone/extension that the unit is connected to. In essence it can record multiple lines but with the restriction of having to record through one phone. Record voice mail messages, telephone interviews, discussions, news stories and more to a desktop computer or laptop.
