Our remote training takes you step by step through all parts of the software and workflow setup. You’ll receive dedicated time with a training expert that knows your software inside and out, all you have to do is ask. Each feature is described and explained in a way designed to be easy to understand and simple to follow.

VIP Care Small Business
If you have a full business you’d like to keep under the VIP Care umbrella, consider our VIP Care Small Business Plans. Starting at just $399 per year, it will cover all the same things our One-on-One plans do, but for all of your employees to call us during normal business hours for support, training, customizing or workflow optimization. Our VIP Care Small Business plans are priced in tiers based on the number of units supported. Older units no longer supported by the manufacturer are not supported under VIP Care. VIP Care Small Business will include a general support agreement outlining what is included, specifically outlining what units you own that are covered. Your employees will simply need to know what machine or software they are working with when they call in to get assistance or training.
VIP Care includes:
- Software installation assistance and setup
- Encryption workflow setup for all of your GearTools (GearPlayer and GearFTP.)
- Creating and modifying your workflow to your specifications
- Basic Training and Q & A with a qualified technician
- Access to online knowledge base and user support forum
How do I buy VIP Care?
VIP Care One-on-One is available in a one-year agreement for $99. This allows one registered person to make as many calls as necessary into our technical support team. Make your selection above and complete the checkout process. You will automatically receive an email requesting you to register your membership to our VIP Care program.
Only registered members may use your VIP Care One on One program. VIP Care Small Business plans allow for your entire company to call in whenever necessary during normal business hours. The one-year time frame begins at the time of purchase.
